Program fosters defense, private sector collaboration CARY, NC (Nov. 19, 2008) – Four retired service members have been honored by the Institute for Defense and Business (IDB) for their expertise gained over years of outstanding military service. The Executive Fellows Program creates opportunities for recently retired uniformed and civilian military leaders to share insights on emerging military and business trends. For the fourth year, business analytics software leader SAS sponsored the program. "IDB brings business acumen to military and government leaders and fosters productive private-sector interaction and partnerships," said Kelly Collins, Vice President of SAS Federal.
